BBQ Pork Ribs Recipe

EQUIPMENT
- Blunt knife
- Barbeque
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg country style pork ribs
- Angus & Oink, Feather Duster
- Angus & Oink, Sweet Bones & Butts BBQ Rub
- Some apple juice
Method
STEP 1
Using a blunt knife, peel off the thin membrane on the back of the ribs.
STEP 2
Remove fat from the meat.
STEP 3
Wet the ribs with a small bit of water.
STEP 4
Apply the Angus & Oink Feather Duster and Sweet Bones & Butts BBQ Rubs on the back side of the ribs, so that the surface is completely covered.
STEP 5
Pat the rub down onto the meat to help it to stick.
STEP 6
Sprinkle apple juice over the rub.
STEP 7
Cook on a hot barbeque for approximately 25 to 30 mins and turn the ribs occasionally to ensure both sides are cooked evenly. Add more rub as you go if needed.
STEP 8
Leave to rest for another 30 minutes before serving.
